Todd Luschen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital operations and quality assurance. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Digital Operations at Wabtec Corporation since November 2018, Todd previously held multiple roles at GE Transportation, including Staff Systems Administration Engineer, Staff Quality Assurance Engineer, and Manager of Quality Assurance, where Todd co-authored new department policies. Todd also managed Quality Assurance and Customer Service departments at RMI and 10East Corp, overseeing significant departmental transformations and HR functions.
