Tom Hoover

Tom Hoover is a Senior Project Manager at Wabtec Corporation, holding this position since January 2013. In this role, Tom Hoover has focused on improving locomotive design for new product launches and successfully managed field demonstrations of LNG Dual Fuel locomotives. Prior to Wabtec, Tom Hoover served as Senior Service Manager at GE Transportation from January 2000 to December 2012, leading a seven-member service team and supporting over 1,800 GE locomotives. Tom Hoover holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Grove City College and multiple Master of Business Administration degrees from Penn State Erie, The Behrend College.
