Tracy Hughes

Tracy Hughes, MSIR, is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources for Global Freight Services at Wabtec Corporation, Tracy has previously held leadership positions at JTM & Assoc, LLC, GE Transportation, GE Capital, and Abbott Laboratories. Notable achievements include directing talent acquisition strategies, managing global HR transformation initiatives, and leading HR efforts for significant organizational mergers and acquisitions. Tracy holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
