Tridib Roy

Tridib Roy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management within the energy sector. Currently serving as Senior Director and Head of Projects and PMO at Wabtec Corporation since September 2018, Tridib focuses on delivering projects according to customer requirements and enhancing project execution capabilities. Previously, Tridib held the position of Project Management Cluster Leader and Project Director at General Electric (GE Renewable Energy) from August 2012 to May 2025, where responsibilities included supporting project managers and overseeing the execution of large renewable energy projects. Tridib's career began at ALSTOM Projects India Ltd. in various roles, including Project Manager and Erection & Commissioning Engineer. Tridib holds an Advanced Management Program degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, and HEC Paris, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology.
