Victor Russo

Victor Russo has a diverse work experience. Victor started in 1992 at GE, where they became the GM of Service Excellence at GE Transportation. In 2001, they joined Wabtec Corporation as a Risk Process Executive for GE Infrastructure. In this role, they managed risk modeling and assessment for a $90B portfolio and led a team of 60+. Victor then became the Operations Director for GE Network Reliability & Services, where they turned around the Americas operations and achieved significant improvements in profitability and customer satisfaction. In their most recent role as Senior Vice President of Services at Wabtec Corporation, they are responsible for overseeing global freight service delivery and operations. Victor has spearheaded successful acquisition integrations and achieved impressive revenue and EBIT growth. Victor Russo earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology in the years 1988 to 1991. Victor then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus in Finance, General from The College of Saint Rose from 1997 to 1999.
