Vigneshkumar J is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt holder and currently serves as the CAPEX and Asset Management Lead at Wabtec Corporation. They began their career in 2018 as a Graduate Engineering Trainee at Faiveley Transport Rail Technologies India Pvt Ltd, where they contributed to various plant engineering projects and earned accolades for their work, including Gold at the QCFI Hosur chapter. In October 2021, Vigneshkumar transitioned to MRF Ltd as an Executive in the Engineering Department at the Arakonam Plant. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ramco Institute of Technology and an MBA from Annamalai University, both earned with First Class honors.
