William Fleming, PE, is a seasoned engineering executive with extensive experience in developing advanced technologies across various industries. Currently serving as VP of Engineering at Wabtec Corporation since August 2021, William leads the engineering team in creating the I-ETMS Positive Train Control product, focusing on enhancing railroad safety and operations. Prior to this, William held the position of VP of Digital Engineering at GE Transportation, overseeing the IoT platform development, and served as Director of System and Software Development at HARMAN International.
