Maxim Kolpakov

Maxim Kolpakov has held several positions in the IT industry since 2003. In 2003, they were the Head of Software Development and a Software Developer at Good Line, the leader of Kuzbass ISP market. In 2005, they were the CEO of GIS, LLC, where they developed and promoted a geographic information system. In 2008, they became the CEO of Kuzbass regional website A42.RU. In 2010, they became the CEO of Atwinta Studio, a web-based automation of business processes. In 2011, they became the CEO of Orange[uc]e, a start-up in unified communications. In 2013, they became the Founder of Just Scroll Me, a visual designer for creating parallax scrolling websites without programming, and the CEO of Wachanga.com.

Maxim Kolpakov attended Kemerovo State University from 1999 to 2004, where they earned a Master's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science. Maxim then completed the Presidential Management Training Program from 2009 to 2010, followed by the USA-Russia Management Training Exchange Program for Information Technology in 2012. In between, they also obtained an NLP Practitioner certification from the Institute of Neuro-Linguistic Programming in 2005-2006.
