Gregory Pessin

Gregory Pessin is a Partner at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, specializing in the Restructuring and Finance Practice Group since September 2005. Previously, Pessin served on the finance team for Kathleen Sebelius's successful gubernatorial campaign in Kansas, where a record-breaking $4 million was raised. Pessin also held the position of Editor at the Duke Chronicle from May 2000 to April 2001, overseeing a staff of 150 in producing the daily student-run newspaper with a circulation of 16,000. Pessin earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Chicago Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Public Policy Studies from Duke University.
