Jeff Dalkas

Jeff Dalkas has extensive experience in various technical and management roles within the brewing and hospitality industries. Since April 2017, Jeff has served as a Brewer/Cellerman at Wachusett Brewing Company. Prior to this, from August 2015 to February 2017, Jeff worked as a Maintenance Technician at Stetson School. Jeff also held the position of Facilities Manager at Wachusett Village Inn from October 2010 to September 2015, where responsibilities included overseeing maintenance operations and managing the crew. Jeff completed Culinary Arts/Chef Training at Easthampton High School, graduating in 1987.
