M.arch Christopher Blake

Christopher Blake, M.Arch, is an accomplished architect and educator with extensive experience in both academia and the architectural design industry. Currently serving as an adjunct professor at Wentworth Institute of Technology since January 2009, Christopher imparts knowledge in Design and Design Skills. As the owner of Hybridhaus, Christopher emphasizes integrated thinking between building systems and craftspeople in residential projects. Additionally, as president of Machado Blake Design, Inc., Christopher leads an award-winning custom residential design firm. Experienced in ski instruction, Christopher also operates as a Level 2 PSIA instructor and DEV team coach at Wachusett Mountain Ski School. Christopher's prior positions include project designer roles at Patterson Co-Partners and Koetter, Kim and Associates, as well as a professorship at Boston Architectural College. Educational credentials include a Master of Architecture from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Architecture from Boston Architectural College.
