Jonathan Fant

Jonathan Fant has a strong background in healthcare administration and management. Jonathan most recently worked as the Population Health Director at Waco Family Medicine starting in June 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Planning Consultant at Ascension from September 2021 to February 2023. Jonathan also held positions at Parkland Hospital, where they were an Administrator in Business Sustainability and Development from November 2018 to September 2021, and a Program Manager in Population Health from December 2017 to November 2018. Before that, they worked as a Senior Revenue Cycle Improvement Consultant at Baylor Scott & White Health from March 2016 to June 2017. Jonathan also has experience in healthcare administration at United Surgical Partners International, Inc, where they served as a Healthcare Administrator from January 2011 to March 2016, and an Administrative Intern from February 2010 to December 2010. Additionally, they worked as a Marketing Associate at UDR from January 2008 to January 2010, and as a Leasing Consultant at Lincoln Property Company from July 2006 to August 2008.

Jonathan Fant, MHA, completed their Masters of Healthcare Administration degree from Trinity University in the years 2012 to 2014. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Marketing from Baylor University between 2002 and 2006.
