Joshua Williams

Joshua Williams is an experienced professional in healthcare and technology, currently serving as an Epic Ambulatory Analyst at Waco Family Medicine since November 2021, focusing on the optimization of Epic systems and workflows. Previously, roles included IT Help Desk Technician and Computer Technician at The University of Texas Medical Branch - CMC from October 2016 to June 2019, where Joshua also worked as a Mental Health Case Manager, providing therapeutic support and crisis intervention.
