Dianne Deason has extensive experience in sales and customer engagement within the Petrochemical and Chemical industries. Since joining Waco Filters in January 2000, Dianne has held multiple roles, including Customer Engagement Manager, Customer Service Manager for the Process Division, and Inside Sales/Operations Leader, overseeing branch operations, managing national and regional accounts, and supporting a team of outside sales representatives. Dianne began their career at Waco Filters as an Inside Sales/Operations Manager in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, before relocating to Houston, Texas, to help launch a new office and transition to Outside Sales in October 2008. Prior to Waco Filters, Dianne worked at Hahn Sales from February 1996 to December 1999, focusing on inside sales and customer service for an instrumentation and electrical supply company serving the same industries.
