Bonnie Ballsrud (Chalmers)

Bonnie Chalmers Ballsrud serves as an Employee Benefits Coordinator at Waco, Inc. since 2016 and has held the position of Program Director at the Down Syndrome Association of Greater Richmond since March 2015. In addition, Bonnie Chalmers Ballsrud contributes as an Adjunct Faculty member at Virginia Commonwealth University since January 1988 and as an Adjunct Professor of Recreation at Union Presbyterian Seminary since 1995. Previously, Bonnie Chalmers Ballsrud directed Christian education at Three Chopt Presbyterian Church from 2006 to 2007. Bonnie Chalmers Ballsrud earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Adapted Kinesiology and Special Education from the University of Wisconsin-Madison between 1979 and 1983.
