Joseph Jacobs

Joseph Jacobs has extensive experience in technology support services, currently serving as the Coordinator for Technology Support Services at Waco ISD since December 2015, where supervision of Help Desk and Field Technicians is a key responsibility. Prior to this role, Joseph worked as a Computer Analyst for the City of Waco, TX, from December 2000 to December 2015, focusing on providing tech support, application support, and project management for the city's IT department. Joseph holds an Associate’s Degree in Computer Networking and Systems Administration from Texas State Technical College, completed between 1998 and 2000, and graduated from Abraham Lincoln High School in Port Arthur, Texas, in 1998.
