Tom Waddell

Tom Waddell has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Tom started their career as a Product Engineer at Sperry Univac in 1981 and later worked at Honeywell as a Product Engineer from 1985 to 1989. In 1989, they joined Medtronic as a Project Manager.

In 1998, Tom became a Partner and Medical Device Project Manager at Project Leadership Services, where they focused on business development and providing project direction for companies in crisis. Tom held this role until 2016.
