Pat Cartellone has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Starting from 1990, they worked as a Retail Sales Representative and later as a Marketing Coordinator at Black & Decker. In 1993, they joined ICI Paints as a National Account Manager. In 1995, they returned to Black & Decker and served as a District Manager, National Account Manager, Regional Sales Manager, National Sales Manager, and Director of Sales. In 2002, they became Vice President-Sales at U.S. Fence, responsible for managing The Home Depot and independent channels of distribution. From 2007 to 2012, they held the position of Vice President-Sales at TTI Floor Care North America, overseeing all sales and programming in National Accounts for Hoover and Dirt Devil. Lastly, since 2012, they have been working as Vice President-Sales at Waddell Mfg. Co., overseeing wood product manufacturing and sales.

Pat Cartellone attended The Ohio State University from 1985 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Marketing.
