Ingmar Rondeel

Ingmar Rondeel is a Marine Biologist currently managing a coral line/frame nursery and organizing ocean conservation events at Ocean Group Maldives since February 2023. Rondeel has extensive experience in marine ecology, demonstrated through a master's thesis on the effects of bio-irrigating shrimps in tropical ecosystems, and various research projects related to fish behavior and freshwater ecology. As a tour guide with Waddenvereniging, Rondeel provides nature excursions in the UNESCO Waddensea area. Previous roles include coaching students at Wageningen University & Research, serving as a board member for Study Association Aquarius, and working as a divemaster in Tenerife. Rondeel holds a Master’s degree in Marine Resources and Ecology and a Bachelor's degree in Wildlife Management.
