David C Harr

David C Harr currently serves as an Area Construction Manager at Century Complete since October 2023. With a significant construction background, David has been a Builder at Wade Jurney Homes since April 2017 and previously operated as a General Contractor and owner of a small construction company from 2013 to March 2017. David also held the position of Operations Manager at AMP Metal Finishings for a brief period in 2014, managing operations and a small team. Additionally, David co-founded Dream Decks between 2011 and 2013, specializing in high-cost deck construction and general carpentry. David’s experience began at Cornerstone Construction from 2007 to 2011, where a strong foundation in the industry was built. David's educational background includes studies at Hampden-Sydney College from 2009 to 2011 and at Patrick & Henry Community College from 2006 to 2009.
