Vipin Garg

Vipin Garg is currently serving as Senior Director at CARE since March 2020. Previously, Vipin held the position of National Advisor-DBT at PATH from May 2018 to August 2019, and worked as Lead Consultant at the National Health Systems Resource Centre between July 2016 and May 2018. Prior to this, Vipin was employed by Deloitte Consulting as National Consultant RCH from November 2010 to June 2016, and served as National Consultant-PIP with the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) from June 2008 to November 2010. Earlier roles included State Facilitator at the Regional Resource Centre for North Eastern States and District Programme Manager for the NHM at the Uttarakhand Health and Family Welfare Society from July 2005 to January 2008, as well as Project Coordinator at the Himalayan Institute Hospital Trust from November 2002 to June 2005. Vipin holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) in Human Resources Management from Banaras Hindu University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management and Development Studies, Lucknow.
