Marwa Ibrahim

Marwa Ibrahim has extensive experience in organizational development and talent management, currently serving as the Group OD and Talent Management Manager at WADI Group since September 2025. Previous roles include Organizational Development Manager at an undisclosed company from July 2024 to August 2025, and Career Coach for a brief period in early 2024. Notably, Marwa held the position of Organisation Development Head at Quattro Trading & Services from February 2019 to June 2024, as well as Organisation Development Section Head at Raya CX from January 2012 to January 2019, focusing on change management, strategy management, employer branding, and culture management.
