Chris Cox

Chris Cox is an experienced art professional with a diverse background in art handling, exhibition preparation, and project management. Currently serving as Collection Manager and Photography Assistant at the Wadsworth Atheneum Museum of Art since March 2023, Chris has previously held roles as Fine Art Framer at EBK Picture Framing and Art Technician at Level Fine Art Services. Extensive experience includes project management for public art initiatives and registrar duties at Russo Lee Gallery. Chris's artistic practice as an artist since May 2011 further complements a solid foundation in art education, culminating in a Bachelor of Arts in Drawing and Painting from Eastern Connecticut State University.
