Kip Wadsworth

Kip Wadsworth is a seasoned entrepreneur and real estate developer, currently serving as Co-Founder and General Partner at Alpha Development Group since December 2021, focusing on innovative community building. Wadsworth also co-founded Roots Management Group in January 2018, which manages affordable housing through its brands Treehouse Communities and Vineyards Management Group. As Co-Founder and CEO of Wadsworth Development Group since 1996, Wadsworth has led numerous commercial real estate projects across the intermountain west. Additionally, Wadsworth co-founded the Salt Lake City Global Logistics Center in January 2017, a major industrial development. A notable past leader of Ralph L. Wadsworth Construction Company, Wadsworth has received multiple accolades, including the Best of State Entrepreneur of the Year and Utah Business Magazine’s CEO of the Year awards. Wadsworth holds degrees from Utah State University and the University of Utah.
