Ian Cluett

Ian Cluett has over two decades of experience in engineering and strategic leadership. Currently, Ian serves as Head of Strategy and Head of Programmes and Commercial at Williams Advanced Engineering since September 2014. Previously, Ian was the Head of Powertrain at Williams F1 Team from September 2012 to September 2014. Ian's career began at Motorola Solutions, where responsibility as Group Strategy Director was held from 1990 to 2001, followed by a role as Project Director at Ricardo from May 2003 until September 2012. Ian holds an MBA from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School and a BSc (Hons) in Engineering from the University of Bath.
