Melanie Melendez is the Global Head of Manufacturing at WAE since September 2023. Prior to this role, Melanie served as the VP of Operations at Piston Automotive from February 2019 to September 2023. With a background in Vehicle Design and Industrial Engineering, Melanie worked at Johnson Controls for over two decades, starting as the Director of Operations. Melanie pursued their Master of Science degree at Central Michigan University from 2008 to 2010.
