Tristan George

Tristan George is currently a Project Coordinator at WAE, responsible for overseeing the coordination of Testing and Design Verification Plans for Power Systems. Previous experience includes serving as a Programme Management - Hardware Coordinator at Mercedes AMG High Performance Powertrains, where Tristan managed specification control and parts coordination during the production phase of “AMG ONE” Inverters. As Head of Statics for Oxford Brookes Racing, Tristan achieved multiple accolades in Formula Student events, including first place in Engineering Design and Business Plan Presentation at both UK and Czech competitions. Other roles include Intermediate Mechanical Engineer and Junior Mechanical Engineer at Hatch, alongside involvement as a Rugby Referee and Motorsport Marshal. Tristan holds a Master of Science in Motorsport Engineering from Oxford Brookes University and a BScEng in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cape Town, with ongoing studies in Data Science.
