Mohsine Benallal

Mohsine BENALLAL currently serves as the Chief Data Officer at Wafa Assurance since March 2023 and is the Cofounder & VP of DAMA MOROCCO CASABLANCA since July 2024, focusing on promoting best practices in Data Management and energizing the Moroccan data community. Previously, Mohsine was the Chief Data Officer and Head of Analytics & Data Science at BMCI Groupe BNP Paribas from September 2017 to February 2023, leading the development of an Enterprise Data Hub and implementing Data Governance practices. With a background in Business Intelligence as a Project Manager at SII Group and a consultant at EURAFRIC INFORMATION, Mohsine has extensive experience managing data management projects and developing BI capabilities. Mohsine’s career began with roles at Cegedim Insurance Solutions and NEXTRONIC, with a solid educational foundation in Information Technology from Mohammadia School of Engineers.
