Dustin H. is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in leading technology initiatives across various sectors. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at WaFd Bank since August 2019, Dustin oversees technology strategy for a $21 billion bank operating in eight Western US states. As President & CEO of Archway Software from December 2022 to March 2025, Dustin focused on digital innovations for regional and community banks. Previous roles include Chief Technology Officer at American Family Insurance, where responsibilities encompassed leading the Commercial Platforms division, and at AssureStart, where a successful start-up was developed and later sold to American Family Insurance. Dustin also held significant positions at A Place for Mom, overseeing technology leadership, and at Microsoft, contributing to product development and strategic initiatives for Xbox Live and various major projects. Dustin H. holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Information Systems from the UW Foster School of Business.
