Matt Vessey

Matt Vessey is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in credit analysis and business lending. Currently serving as a Senior Credit Analyst at WaFd Bank since July 2021, Matt specializes in underwriting and managing large and complex commercial real estate (CRE) and commercial and industrial (C&I) loans. Previously, Matt worked at Zions Bancorporation as an SBA Construction Underwriter and as a Credit Analyst, where responsibilities included underwriting large business loans. Matt's career spans various roles in banking, including Business Banker positions at First California Bank and Boostability, as well as entrepreneurial experience as a Business Owner at Land It Marketing. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Biola University.
