Mathias Raffel

Mathias Raffel is an experienced IT Manager at WaferTech - TSMC Fab 11 since November 1997, responsible for managing the SAP team and the Java Development team, while also providing hands-on support for the SAP HR system with expertise in Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Personnel Development, and Time Management. Prior to this role, Mathias served as a Systems Analyst at Motorola, Inc. and as an SAP Consultant at both Motorola Semiconductor and Accenture. Mathias holds a Diplom in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Bremen, earned between 1982 and 1987.
