Tom Fritz

Tom Fritz is an experienced professional with a diverse background in human resources, operations management, and recruitment. Currently serving as Area Director/General Manager at Waffle House, Inc. since April 2014, Tom previously held the position of Director of Career Development at Maximum One Realty Greater Atlanta, where over 130 real estate agents were successfully recruited. An alumnus of Auburn University Montgomery, Tom graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Human Resource Management, after completing studies at Georgia State University Perimeter College and other institutions. Tom's career began in the U.S. Navy, where responsibilities included recruitment and human resource management, followed by a tenure at MedVed Autoplex as Program Manager and Finance Manager, developing innovative programs for military clientele.
