Walter Barineau

Walter Barineau is an experienced real estate professional with a successful track record in both the restaurant and retail development sectors. Currently serving as a Real Estate Representative for Waffle House since January 2011, Barineau has facilitated the acquisition and leasing of over 100 new locations, consistently ranking among the top three in new business development and "deal closing." Previously, Barineau held the position of Director of Development at RetailSouth Development, overseeing the creation of retail shopping centers valued over $140 million and leading the first LEED design for Best Buy in the Southeast. Earlier roles include Real Estate Representative at Waffle House, North American Business Manager at Sarlin Corporation, and International Sales representative at Kaydon. Barineau holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
