Alex Massimo

Alex Massimo has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Alex started their career as an Investment Banking Analyst at UBS Investment Bank in 2010 and worked there until 2012. Alex then joined Praesidian Capital as an Associate from 2013 to 2014. In 2014, they joined Morgan Stanley as an Investment Banking Associate for a brief period of time. Alex then moved to Colony Capital, Inc. and held multiple roles including Associate, Vice President, and Senior Vice President from 2014 to 2021. Alex joined BrightSpire Capital, Inc. in 2021 as the Senior Vice President and Head of Corporate Finance. Currently, they are working at Wafra as the Managing Director and Deputy Chief Financial Officer since November 2022, and subsequently promoted to Chief Financial Officer in May 2023.

From 2005 to 2009, Alex Massimo attended Boston College where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance, Economics & Mathematics.
