Jonathan Ehrlich

Jonathan Ehrlich has extensive work experience in human resources, starting with their current role as the Director and Head of Human Resources at Wafra in 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior HR Business Partner/HR Generalist at Pretium from 2021 to 2023. Jonathan also served as a Vice President Human Resources Business Partner at The Carlyle Group from 2019 to 2021, and at Global Atlantic Financial Group from 2015 to 2019, where they specialized in compensation. Jonathan began their career at Goldman Sachs in 2006, initially working as a Recruiting Coordinator at Advantage Human Resources onsite at Goldman Sachs, before being promoted to Vice President from 2006 to 2015. Jonathan also worked as an Account Executive at MMT Sales from 2004 to 2006.

Jonathan Ehrlich attended Indiana University Bloomington from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Telecommunications. Jonathan focused their studies on the field of Telecommunications throughout their time at the university.
