Michael Henry

Michael Henry has extensive experience in the financial sector, holding senior compliance and management roles at Wafra, Morgan Stanley, FrontPoint Partners LP, and Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP. Notably, Michael served as Senior Managing Director, Chief Compliance Officer, and Deputy Chief Compliance Officer at Wafra from January 2018 to July 2018. Prior to that, from March 2005 to December 2017, Michael held the positions of Executive Director and Vice President at Morgan Stanley. Additional experience includes serving as Executive Director at FrontPoint Partners LP between March 2007 and December 2011 and as an Associate in Investment Management at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP from September 1997 to March 2005. Michael holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stony Brook University and earned a legal education at St. John's University School of Law.
