Amy Fitzpatrick

Amy Fitzpatrick is an experienced professional in human resources, currently serving as the People Business Partner at wagamama since July 2021, after holding various roles including People Operations Manager, Lead People Advisor, and People Advisor. Prior to wagamama, Amy worked as an HR Advisor at Turner & Townsend for a brief period in early 2021, and at Arriva Rail London from April 2016 to February 2021, where roles included HR Advisor, Assistant HR Advisor, HR Administrator, and Depot Coordinator. Amy's career began at Quadrangle Research Group Ltd as a Research Executive. Academic qualifications include a Level 7 Certificate in Human Resources from CIPD, a Master of Science (MSc) in Psychology from the University of East London, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Honours in Business Management – Marketing from the University of Westminster. Additional education includes A Levels from City and Islington 6th form College and GCSEs from Maria Fidelis Convent School.
