Dominic MacKay

Dominic MacKay has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as a Multi-site General Manager at wagamama since October 2021, where performance and results are prioritized across multiple locations. Prior to this role, Dominic co-founded The Wee Slush Company in August 2012, focusing on mobile catering for slush drinks and events throughout Scotland and the UK. Additional managerial experience includes positions at EL PERRO NEGRO GLASGOW LIMITED and CAFE MURANO LIMITED, as well as a significant tenure at Bill's Restaurants, where business strategy and operational efficiency were key focuses. Dominic began in the industry as an Assistant Manager at Giraffe World Kitchen and holds an educational background from The University of Edinburgh.
