Rebekah Galligan

Rebekah Galligan is an experienced professional in people experience and operational excellence, currently serving as the Head of People Experience at wagamama since April 2024. As a Career Strategist and Coach at Bex-galligan.com since August 2018, Rebekah provides individuals with a supportive environment to explore personal and career aspirations through coaching tools and positive psychology. Previously, Rebekah was with NHS Supply Chain from November 2020 to May 2024, where roles included Head of People Experience & Operational Excellence and Interim Lead, focusing on strategic development and cultural embedding of operational excellence initiatives. Rebekah's prior roles include Senior Manager/Head of Operational Excellence at BFY Group and various positions at E.ON UK, where contributions included leading operational excellence teams and developing customer compliance frameworks. Rebekah holds a Chartered Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from the University of Derby and a 1st class honours Bachelor's degree in Business with Marketing from Northumbria University.
