Currently serving as CEO of WageScape since 2015, Cary focuses on enhancing data accuracy in the labor market to boost efficiency and competitiveness. Previously, Cary held key positions at Cargill, including Vice President of HR Performance and Analytics, where responsibilities included modernizing workforce management and supervising large teams, and Vice President of HR Operational Effectiveness, leading HR operations for a global organization. Cary's earlier career includes significant achievements at Willis Towers Watson, culminating as Global Practice Leader, which resulted in substantial revenue growth. Cary also served in the US Navy as a submariner and holds advanced degrees from prestigious institutions, including an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
