Erik Porter

Erik Porter currently serves as a Non Executive Director at Wagestream Finance Ltd and holds multiple roles at Wagestream, including Chief Risk Officer, Consumer Outcomes Director, and Senior Advisor. Since August 2022, Erik has been the Chair of The Board of Trustees at Rooted Finance. Previously, Erik was a Panel Member for the Financial Services Consumer Panel, contributing to policy and regulation that supports consumer needs. In addition, Erik has provided advisory services to Yonder and founded Cheddr C.I.C., a social enterprise focused on improving financial wellbeing. Erik's experience also includes interim roles at Bank of Ireland and various leadership positions at The Money Charity and EJP CONSULTING UK LIMITED, alongside a strong educational background from Park University and the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
