Rob Brockington

Rob Brockington is an experienced finance and technology professional currently serving as VP, SME at Wagestream since May 2024. Previously, Rob held the position of CEO at Claro Wellbeing from December 2019 to August 2024 and founded Finatext UK, where as CEO from March 2017 to December 2019, Rob expanded the Japanese Fintech business by establishing its first UK entity and managing multiple projects in Fintech. Prior experience includes roles such as Global Head of Cash Equities Production Services at HSBC Global Banking and Markets, managing a global team, and leading support teams at Deutsche Bank, Sanford C. Bernstein, and AllianceBernstein. Rob holds a BA in Computer Systems Engineering from the University of Kent, earned in 2005.
