Ganesh Pillai

Ganesh Pillai has a solid work experience in finance, with their most recent position being Finance Director APAC at WE Communications since December 2020. Prior to that, they served as Regional Finance Director, APAC at MullenLowe Group from June 2017 to December 2020. Ganesh also had significant roles at Wunderman, Leo Burnett, and Batey Ads, where they held various finance-related positions. Ganesh's career began at Singapore Airlines, where they worked as an Assistant Manager in Internal Audit from January 1996 to September 2004.

Ganesh Pillai has a diverse education history. Ganesh obtained a Master of Science in Financial Engineering from the National University of Singapore from 2002 to 2004. Ganesh also holds a Master of Business Research degree in Business Administration and Management, General from The University of Western Australia, which they completed from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Finance degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law at RMIT University from 2000 to 2002. In 1996, they became a Chartered Certified Accountant through ACCA. Ganesh has also pursued additional certifications, including becoming a Member of the Singapore Institute of Directors in 2021 and obtaining a CISA certification from the ISACA Singapore Chapter in 2007.
