Kris Habereder's work experience includes various roles in human resources and organizational development. They started their career in 2002 at Digital Domain, where they worked in human resources until 2006. From 2006 to 2008, they served as a Human Resources Manager at Sway Studio. They then moved to Publicis, where they held the positions of Human Resources Manager and later VP, Human Resources Director from 2006 to 2012. In 2012, they joined TEAGUE as a Senior Business Partner, and later took on roles as Organizational Development Director and Human Resources Director. In 2018, they started working at WE Communications as a Senior Director of North America Human Resources, and currently hold the position of Vice President of People, North America.
Kris Habereder holds an Executive Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion for HR from Cornell University, as well as an Executive Certificate in Psychology of Leadership from the same institution. Kris also obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in the College of Communication and Fine Arts from Loyola Marymount University. Additionally, Kris has certifications in Coaching for Individuals, Managers and Teams from Gallup, Hogan Inventory Certification from Hogan Assessment Systems, Insights Discovery Accreditation from Insights, and Successful Strengths Coaching from Gallup.
