As the Founder of Waggi Connected Pets since 2019, James focuses on enhancing pet well-being through advanced tracking systems. Additionally, James has been the Founder and Innovation Director at Delivering Solutions in Business since 2013, driving product development and customer growth initiatives. Previously, James served as Managing Director at Giraffe the Agency from 2011 to 2013, where responsibilities included experiential marketing and promotional campaigns. James also held the position of Managing Director at Creative Solutions for 17 years, leading an award-winning communications agency that catered to renowned brands. James received education at the College of Marketing & Design in Ireland and De La Salle, Churchtown.
