Tushar Bipinchandra Tripathi has extensive work experience in operations and management roles. Tushar Bipinchandra started their career in 1992 as a Management Trainee at Sandoz (India) Ltd. Tushar Bipinchandra then worked at Pfizer (India) Limited as an Officer Engineering Services from 1995 to 1997. Tripathi joined PepsiCo (India) Holdings Limited in 1997 and held various positions including Manager Manufacturing Operations, General Manager - Operations, and ultimately became the General Manager - Operations in 2007. In 2008, they joined Wagh Bakri Tea Group as the Chief Operating Officer.
