Jeff McIlhenny, P.E. is an experienced construction engineer currently employed at Wagman since June 2023. Previously, Jeff worked at Modjeski and Masters from May 2017 to June 2023, where roles included Engineer - Highway and Engineer in Training. Responsibilities encompassed various roadway design tasks, cost estimates, and 3D modeling. Prior experiences include serving as a Combat Engineer in the United States Marine Forces Reserve and roles at Wagman, R.J. Fisher & Associates, and PennDOT, focusing on construction engineering, CADD drafting, and field inspections. Jeff holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering Technology from Pennsylvania College of Technology and has been involved in notable projects such as the I-81 Bridge over the Potomac River and the Scudder Falls Bridge over the Delaware River.
