Tanner Gesek

Tanner Gesek is the Founder of Copilot, a company that was established in 2022. Tanner is also a Venture Partner and Podcast Host at WAGMI Ventures, a role they began in 2022. Tanner'sresponsibilities include investing in crypto startups and hosting The WAGMI Ventures Podcast, where they interview founders and builders in the web3 space. In 2021, Tanner was a Fellow at the Day One fellowship program, which supports early-stage founders. Prior to that, they worked as an MBA Associate in Venture Capital at Blossom Street Ventures from 2019 to 2020. From 2017 to 2018, Tanner was part of the Studio team at Human Ventures Co, a company focused on creating and building innovative technology companies. Before that, they worked in a Growth position at Townsquared from 2015 to 2017. Tanner's earliest work experience was at Hoppit, where they held a Growth role from 2011 to 2013.

Tanner Gesek holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Southern Methodist University. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Wheaton College. In terms of additional certifications, Tanner completed the Advanced Growth Strategy program offered by Reforge in 2020, and the Growth Series program from the same institution in 2015.
