Justin Doty is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management and marketing within the equipment and educational sectors. Currently serving as Service Operations Manager at Wagner Equipment since February 2021, Justin previously held various roles at Caterpillar Inc. from September 2013 to February 2021, including Marketing and Sales Operations Consultant and Product Support Operations Consultant, where strategic initiatives were developed to enhance dealer performance and customer support.
