Florian Beermann

Florian Beermann is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product ownership and software development. Currently serving as the Lead Product Owner and Head of Development for Enterprise Software at WAGNER Group GmbH, Florian is leading the ERP transition to MS Dynamics Business Central, overseeing multiple teams across various business functions, and managing project requirements and improvements. Prior to this role, Florian worked at VSM · Vereinigte Schmirgel- und Maschinen-Fabriken AG as a part project leader and software developer, where expertise included coordinating ERP change initiatives and standardizing software documentation. Earlier experience at ColorGATE involved developing drivers for industrial machinery and providing international support. Florian holds a Hochschulzertifikat in Digital Innovation Management from AKAD University and a diploma in application development from Multimedia BBS Hannover.
